
Who we are
Queensland Transport has three main roles:
- transport leadership including policy and planning;
- system stewardship - managing access to, and use of, the transport system;
- service delivery - co-ordinating and integrating transport-related services and infrastructure.
Management and leadership
Queensland Transport's Transport Leadership Team collaborates to:
- demonstrate leadership by providing a clear, consistent and cohesive vision for the future;
- create a culture and environment that supports teamwork and the development and success of our people;
- position Queensland Transport effectively with external stakeholders;
- ensure a united purpose for transport outcomes;
- steer the business of Queensland Transport.
Organisational structure
Departmental divisions and agencies manage and deliver our strategies and actions. We work together to ensure there is a co-ordinated, consultative and integrated approach to addressing Queensland's transport challenges.
