Air user groups
Air user groups were established by QantasLink and MacAir in all communities that receive a regulated air service to ensure a high level of community consultation for the term of the 2002–2007 air service contracts. The group for each route was comprised of (or included) stakeholders identified by the airline, the local council and Queensland Transport.QantasLink air user groups

MacAir Airlines air user groups
MacAir has air user groups in Toowoomba, St George, Cunnamulla, Thargomindah, Quilpie, Windorah, Birdsville/Bedourie, Boulia, Burketown, Normanton, Winton, Mornington Island, Mount Isa, Cloncurry, Julia Creek, Doomadgee, Richmond, Hughenden and Townsville.
