Border Integrated Transport Plan
The Border Integrated Transport Plan is a joint initiative between the New South Wales and Queensland state and local governments. It is being used to develop a framework to support the transport system to the year 2020.

Gowrie to Grandchester Rail Corridor Study
The Gowrie to Grandchester Rail Corridor Study was a joint initiative between Queensland Transport and QR. The purpose of the study was to investigate a rail corridor that relieves the constraints on rail operations caused by the Toowoomba and Little Liverpool Range crossings.
Integrated Transport Planning Framework
The Integrated Transport Planning Framework is a guide for transport planning in Queensland. It sets out a collaborative, consistent and sustainable approach to transport planning.
Queensland Transport's Interests in Planning Schemes
Queensland Transport, as a state agency, has areas of interest in the preparation and review of planning schemes. In order to guide local governments, and other stakeholders, Queensland Transport is preparing policies clarifying Queensland Transport's Interests in Planning Schemes (QTIPS).
The primary purpose of the Rail Network Strategy is to sustain the rail network and its continuing contribution to the government's desired transport outcomes. The strategy outlines Queensland Government priorities, such as jobs growth and the promotion of Queensland. Above all, it reinforces the importance of appropriate infrastructure development for the success of the state.
South East Queensland Principal Cycle Network Plan
The South East Queensland Principal Cycle Network Plan guides the development of the cycle network across the region by mapping existing and preferred principal cycle network routes. This plan replaces the 2003 Integrated Regional Cycle Network Plan for south east Queensland.
Wide Bay Burnett Integrated Transport Plan
The Wide Bay Burnett Integrated Transport Plan covers 22 local government areas in the region. The plan will recommend strategies to improve the way people and freight move around the region for the next 20 years and beyond.
