Robina to Tugun Rail Impact Assessment Study
The Robina to Tugun Rail Impact Assessment Study is examining future land use and public transport strategies and will identify a preferred alignment for the rail corridor. The study is being undertaken by Queensland Transport in two stages, Stage A and Stage B.
Stage A (Robina Station to Stewart Road) of the study was completed in 2005, and the results of this stage are avaliable in the Stage A Impact Assessment Study.
Stage B of the study is now underway and is covering the section from Stewart Road to Boyd Street.

Community consultation
Consultation with the community is an important part of the study. Community input on Stage A was used as part of the impact assessment study and helped shape the final outcome of that stage of the project.
Consultation for Stage B of the study is expected to start in 2008 with a project newsletter and other communications activities. Study updates will be made available via this web page.
