The detailed design to improve safety at the intersection of Camp Cable Road and Edelsten Road at Jimboomba is now complete.

- Constructing a dedicated right turn lane from Camp Cable Road into Edelsten Road

- Resealing a section of Camp Cable Road near the intersection
- Installing road lighting to improve night-time visibility
- Installing a 2m shoulder and bicycle lane marking.
Current status
The detailed design is complete. Construction is expected to start in mid-2024 and will take about 6 months to complete.
